丁勇|Ding-Yong
Biography
Ding-Yong was born in October 1998, from Shandong Province, China. He is a CPC member and a member of the Chinese Biotechnology Association. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering at Northeastern University.
His research focuses on embodied intelligence, smart wearable devices, human motion perception, and multimodal signal processing. He has published papers in leading journals including IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, and IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics. He also owns authorized invention patents.

Industrial Collaboration
Research and Development of Smart Wearable Devices Based on Liquid Metal Sensors Collaboration with Shanghai Yudie Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
This project focuses on liquid metal sensor characteristics, sensor selection, anatomical structure design, prototype development of smart wearable devices, and algorithm integration. The system is widely used in human–computer interaction and motion monitoring, and the product has been launched.
